Welcome to WTL360 Photo Booth (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By booking our 360 photo booth services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read this document carefully before submitting an inquiry or event request.

1. Booking & Payments

1.1 A booking request must be submitted via our official booking form or through direct communication with WTL360 Photo Booth.
1.2 A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation (if enabled in the future). If no deposit is taken, your booking is considered pending until confirmed by us.
1.3 Full payment is due on or before the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.4 We accept credit/debit through Stripe, and cash or Zelle by prior arrangement.

2. Event Availability & Confirmation

2.1 Submitting a booking form does not automatically secure your event date.
2.2 You will receive an official confirmation message once your date has been approved and scheduled.
2.3 We reserve the right to decline any event request for safety, travel, or technical reasons.

3. Service Areas & Travel Fees

3.1 Valley region (Lathrop, Stockton, Manteca, Modesto + surrounding cities): No travel fee within the local radius.
3.2 Bay Area / High-Demand Region: Travel fees may apply depending on distance and venue access.
3.3 Any additional travel charges will be disclosed before confirming your booking.

4. Event Requirements

Client must provide:

• A safe and level space for the platform

• A minimum area of 10 ft x 10 ft for full 360 operation

• Direct access to load-in area

• Standard electrical outlet (unless “Portable Power Add-On” is purchased)

If the venue is outdoors, the Client must provide:

• Shade or cover

• A dry surface (no mud, rain, or loose gravel)

• Weather protection to keep equipment safe

5. Add-Ons & Customizations

The following add-ons are available at additional cost:

• Custom Event Overlay: $75

• Professional LED Lighting Package: $50

• Portable Power Package (No Outlet Needed): $75

• Extra 30 Minutes of Coverage: $75

All add-ons must be selected before the event unless available on-site.

6. Platform Size Selections

Client may choose:

• 31” Platform (standard capacity)

• 39” Platform (larger capacity, premium option)

Prices vary depending on region and event duration.

7. Safety & Equipment

7.1 Guests must follow all operator instructions at all times.
7.2 WTL360 Photo Booth is not responsible for injuries caused by:

• Unsafe guest behavior

• Ignoring operator instructions

• Alcohol-related incidents

• Overcrowding the platform

7.3 Client is responsible for ensuring the event environment is safe and secure.

8. Damage & Liability

8.1 Client is financially responsible for any damage caused to equipment by guests, venue conditions, or negligence.
8.2 Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.
8.3 WTL360 Photo Booth holds liability insurance for operational coverage, but this does not cover intentional or negligent guest damage.

9. Cancellations, Reschedules & Refunds

9.1 Cancellations made 14 days before the event may qualify for a refund (if deposits are enabled in future).
9.2 Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for any refund.
9.3 Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.
9.4 If WTL360 Photo Booth is unable to perform services due to equipment failure or emergencies, a full refund will be issued for any payments received.

10. Photo & Video Usage

10.1 By booking WTL360 Photo Booth, Client grants us permission to use footage captured at events for:

• Marketing

• Website samples

• Social media promotion

10.2 If Client prefers privacy, they must notify us BEFORE the event in writing.

11. Delivery of Videos

11.1 Guests receive their 360 videos instantly via QR code or AirDrop (when available).
11.2 Client may also receive a digital folder of all event videos after the event.
11.3 Delivery time is typically same day to 48 hours, depending on event volume.

12. Technical Issues

In the event of malfunction:

• Time lost will be added back to the event if possible

• If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial refund or credit may be offered

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using WTL360 Photo Booth services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
